@heian if the original okr is 7.0, there is a chance that it may work but not guarantee. if you have okr6.0, don't waste your time cause it won't work. still, before, i suggest you to burn recovery disks.
have you tested?

As i mentioned in the beginning, i bought my ideapad without any OS in Thailand. ---> no onekey at all
Later on i installed Windows and Ubuntu, it works very well now.
That's the reason i will not try it myself. (yet)
Knowing from the forums that people searching for this feature, i decided to post what i
found on thepiratebay. That guy made a great "how to", saying that it works!
Look like he is not stupid.
It's after people if they try it, or not.
I think it looks promissing.

Yes, I have succeded in doing it perfectely without any hitch.
each time you boot from the OKR 7 DVD and chose for option 2 it recreate your LENOVO_PART (the oem hidden partiton of size 14.26 GB) and will automatically shut-down. and after this when you click on NOVO button for the first time your PC start to get back-up of C drive into the LENOVO_PART Partition. and nowonwards your novo button is fully functional for system recovery. it does not matter if you resize your C drive or you have later repartitoned your Cand D drive to C, D and E drive, runing novo buttton will always recover your C drive to its earlier stage ( entire operating system and softwares what you backed-up when you pressed the NOVO button first time as mentioned above)
tested succesfully.
if need my help I will be delighted to do so.

heian wrote:Hi,
I found this program on the internet.
Since i bought my Y450 without any OS, ( thus no recovery program/partition/disks )
I'm wondering if this Onekey Recovery 7.0 Engineering program can create a new recovery partition and
let the one key (novo-button) working.
After installing this program and windows 7, is it possible to create 'my own factory default' recovery file in a
extra partition? Is this program the same for all the lenovo laptops ?
Anybody got some info about the program and what it exacty does?
yes, you can. Please go through this thread where I wrote "how to..".
