Hey,
i am currently at canada and I will stay here for about 1/2 year. I need an replacement battery for my Lenovo IdeaPad Y570. I tried to order it on the canadian webshop, but when I click on confirmation, there is an error-message telling me, that the authorization could not complete.
I guess the problem is because of my german creditcard and the shipping&billing-address here in canada?
Can anyone give me some hints how to place an order correctly?

You will probably have to speak with someone in Lenovo sales.
