Pc Help URgent

I really need to know if its posible to get a whole new y570, I have warrenty and i know my pc cannot be repaired i really need an answer on this, im sick of the repairs. They dont help.

Heres a shot of my fps all the time on the 555m, Every game its near this. Im also running it on the LOWEST options.

You need to ask the place where you bought it, like BestBuy, or whatever.

I just tested NWN2 OC and got about 23fps at idle (party of 8 before entering Amon Jerro's Haven).  I run settings at medium.  Firefox was idling in the background.

Games often require a lot of googling to get hints on the best efficiency.

I would not think the V570 would do well on current shoot-em-ups like COD or whatever, but I don't know.  If I play at all I play the past RPG type games.

OTOH, I absolutely love my V570 for what it is!

I bought it from lenovo 6 months ago and in the first 2 months i had problems. I really wish i was smart enought to get a refund within the first 30 or so days. I just want a whole new laptop i still need help on this

Again, The 555m is powerfull enough to run wow ultra at about 40 fps. And other games like crysis on medium-high at 30, I get about 5-6 on  low on crysis. Something is broken. I need a lenovo person to help me out.
