Please look picture below and help me,. I don't know why? not 100Mbps, see only 72.0Mbps.???

My Laptop is Lenovo Z570

That is normal. The current connection speed is dynamic in this display. The connection speed will change, depending upon its use. The 72 is your "idle" speed. Check the speed when you launch your browser. You should be able to reach 144 within your Intel 1000, if you have it, and your router, set up correctly.
