Possible to upgrade or replace my graphics card on a v460?

Hi, my graphics card just isn't cutting it for running my autocad and revit programs on my IdeaPad v460.  I have downloaded all the latest drivers and wiped out my whole computer  hoping the graphics would improve but they havn't.  My question is, is it possible to replace my graphics card with a different one?  If so how should i go about doing this?  Thanks for your help and input!

You can only replace the same graphic modal if its soldered to the mainboard because it wont be compatible with mainboard.
