Problem in creating default recovery disk in lenovo Z560

hi,

iam having a serious problem regarding creation of recovery disk for my lenovo Z560.

actually it says i will be needed 3 dvd and when i started burning my first dvd,an problem occur ""An internal program error has occurred. Failed error code 0xEB1B068A""..

i dont know what to do now,as well i have installed ubuntu under windows o,may be due to this the problem is occuring..

i dont know got in a serious trouble,plz plz plz any help will do the work

make sure you have admin privileges and please, tell us if you make any changes on volumes? if you do, okr will stop working.

yes ,i have run the one key recovery through " run as administrator " option.

yes i have made changes in my biggest volume which is of around 400 GB ,i shrink that to 200GB .

should i extend back it to what it was before??

also i have reinstall the one key recovery program ,does this effect anyway??

it's because you made changes on volumes, extend your volume to its original, then i'll work.

but a minor problem has again showed up ,this time when i started burning my DVD,its says i will be needed 3of them,but as soon as burning started,it took only 2 DVD and burning  was succesfull message shown up..

now tell me if i should again burn DVD's or it is ok??

it's ok but just in case burn another recovery set.

It's okay for only 2 disks created. As long as the process mentions the process is complete, you're safe. =)

Note: It's possible to backup with only 2 DVD discs while 3 DVD discs required. System will calculate disc requirement base on system image and common DVD disc capacity. There could have some differences due to different factual DVD disc. Normally, if system shows backup is successful, there should be no problem.

Not sure what you meant by OK? I am having same problem. I have made no changes to my set up/config and I am using to create a dvd selecting the option of default factory settings...had problem 3 times. Wondering why lenovo does not give the cd/dvd which cost two dollars or less.

lenovo provides recovery discs about 30-40$
by the way, did you make any changes on volumes?

I am having the same issue - I am trying to create a recovery disk - I have not made any changes to the volume and I get the same error - right around 38% . This has happened 2 times already. 

If someone could help that would be great.
