Hi. I was wondering how I can fix up my LCD of U260 series that has been physically damaged.
I was contacting several private computer repair stores but I heard that if you contact lenovo company for the repair, then they will send you a box that you have to put in and send it back. I don't know if this is true but I've been searching through a lot of webs and still didn't find where I could register for the help. (but I think I found the "depot repair status")
My laptop is still under the warranty (been less than a year). Do I have to make reservation through specific online web or make a call?
Help please!!
Thank you
