RAM Problem with IdeaPad Y560P

HI!

so my laptop came with 4gb of ram and i wanted to upgrate it to 8gb so i bought two DDR3 ram sticks (FROM HERE)

and when i got it home i installed it on my laptop.Then i wanted to see if it runs at tha speed it is suposed to run so i installed CPU-Z and it was running at dual mode but only at 665MHz 

i tryed to set it up to 1333MHz in bios but there is no option like that and i have tryed everything :'(

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

oh ok now this explains everything
I just had no idea about this and thought that it sould run at 1333MHz
