Replace optical drive with ssd U550

I have ideapad u550 and I want to replace the optical drive (which as you know can be removed easliy) with a ssd. 

I have 3 problems.

1-- I cannot find an appropriate caddy for my laptop I did found one for u330 will that be compatible?

3--- How can I most easliy recover my system?

I seen this on youtube the other day and it looked to me an easy way backing up all your data and putting it onto a SSD. The vid's  in 2 parts and would be easy enough to find the other half.
