Did you download package yourself? It Does Not have mentioned lines. Because CHINA version of Slidenav has it in single package, european version - does not (Anyway, the second package is just adobe flash plugin).Means you are wrong.

It sais so, because you are lack of synaptic's slide.dll (or similar, dont remember).
Follow my lead here:
1. Install y560 Synaptics driver (it has this dll).
2. Install y560 Lenovo Power Management.
3. Install y560 Slidenav.
THIS actually might work.
Try and post result.

T.T nothing... i've done all those things but i don't have results as i'd like to have.
There were two files for download and i downloaded both, i install in the right order. previously, i had already install the respetive versions of sypnatics and managment of energy but i'm with the same problem...

I'm on my way to discovering how to mod this installer.
I extracted the package, and found that the installer first looks at the app SyDriverDetectorX64.exe or the 32 bit equivilent, before running. Lenovo's site is slow, but I'm going to try replacing that driver detector with the one in the Y550's installer. I just don't know the returned values, so it's easier to do it this way.
