Slow Webcam

My Y530 webcam seems to have a very low framerate.  I don't remember the motion always being so slow on this laptop and would really prefer if it was up to speed.

I've tried reinstalling the Lenovo Easy Camera Driver, but it didn't make any change.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

I read somewhere that the webcam framerate will increase with improve lighting. Maybe you can give it a try to see if it improves with better lighting.
