Smart downloading driver updates

I've tried using Smart Downloader for updating my drivers from within IE8, Firefox 3, and Chrome 9, but after asking to install the driver, nothing else ever happens.

IE8 does nothing after requesting access to install. I've tried running as Administrator, but still, nothing happens.

Firefox claims a manual install is necessary then links me to http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/SmartDownloading/cab/npdueng.xpi

This page is what looks to be a chinese 404 not found error page. Google doesn't return any results for "npdueng.xpi"

Any ideas?

there is/was a problem with support site, sometimes it doesn't work ( temporary dns issue )

i suggset you to try again later with ie.

or click "support & downloads" button above, select your machine & model, it will redirect you to the download page.

you can download and install drivers manually.
