when i used to press those tough buttons they used to work perfectly; i can switch thermal modes, theatre modes, and turn up and down the volume by 10 units each press.
but now, i dont know what happened, the thermal and theatre buttons wont work, and my volume buttons only work by one units per press.
Please help i only bought my laptop a week ago and its already broken?

Did anything happened just before they stopped working?
Any driver updates, you may have done, just prior to that?
İf so,please roll back drivers,
you can also do a system restore,if you have a restore point,
taken before the problem first started.

Did anything happened just before they stopped working? -> Nothing, it's just as I said, LEM seemingly didn't install properly, then I uninstalled it and restarted, and then every time I press the one key theatre touch button it says 'onekey is not supported', then I restarted it again, and that pop-up message wouldn't even display anymore. It just stopped responding. And, as I said the volume buttons don't work as properly as they did.
Please give details as to what you did, and how?-> The answer would be the same as the one above.
Wasn't Lenovo energy management preinstalled on the system? Nope, I searched it on the start button before installing
And the OS is W.7,right?-> Does W.7 mean windows 7? If yes, then yes, im running windows 7.

Hi King,
please see this LEM thread...
drivers should of course be downloaded for your model IdeaPad!

So your OS is NOT an OEM install ?
Please check,to where your installed programs are listed
and tell us,which Lenovo apps are listed there.
