U150 cellular/WWAN card

I tried putting in a Sierra 5720 module into the spare PCIe slot.  The BIOS saw it right under the WLAN enable/disable setting however Windows did not see it.  I am pretty sure the card isnt broken.  Has anybody else tried this?
