U260: Ambient Light Sensor appears not functioning

Ambient Light Sensors appears not working even if checked in the Lenovo power utility.

 

Any ideas?

 

(Windows 7 x64, clean system)

crosscheck the drivers/software of your unit with the download page here. if there is anything that needs to be updated. kindly do so.

It works. Maybe it worked from the very beginning but I just didn't recognize that. Sorry.
