U400 - Is there a recall?

Hey guys!
I went to Fry's today planning to purchase a U400. They only had 1 left in stock, so I had to jump for it. However, right before I was about to buy it, the sales rep showed me in their database that Lenovo told them to return the U400's they had in their inventory.
I did a lot of research the past month, but I haven't heard of anything about this. I mean, I know that there's some small glitches with the touchpad. But was there something totally wrong that would cause it to be recalled?

I went through the documents and was unable to find anything regarding U400. I guess they are removing them cause the U410 are here =)

I'm in the uk and would like to buy a U400 i7 processor 8 gb RAM

but cant find any anywhere. there not on the uk lenovo website, but they are on the US website.

What's the deal ??

if you know anywhere online (that will ship/sell to a UK resident. Or know of any stores in the UK that stocks the above please let me know.
