U450- "3% plugged in not charging" and will not connect to wireless.

Its a Ideapad U450p, bought less than two months ago. I've had other issues with it regarding the hard drive and they were fixed.

The battery fell out and I put in back in and plugged in the charger, its currently at 3% but it is not charging?! However, it clearly still running. I've checked the cord and turned it on and off. I've never noticed this problem before.

In addition, the wireless doesn't always work, it won't connect but sometimes a page will load while it is connecting.

I don't know much about computers,so please put any advice in simple terms. Thanks.

Do a system recovery. If that doesn't work, call customer service to ask for a technical revision.

try to remove and replace the battery.

if it doesn't work, you may need to replace your battery, contact lenovo support line.

for your wireless issue, re-install the drivers.
