right click my computer > manage > device management > unknown device > right click > and please provide device ids such as pci/ven*****

hi, i need urgent help too! i've the same problem exactly.despite pressing fn + f5, the wireless button doesn't appear. Only a bluetooth device could be detected. Please assist urgently as I need to bring my laptop urgently around frequently! Thanks so much!
