V570 Stuck at boot screen (Won't load windows 7).

I have a 3 month old V570 It was working great in the morning when I came home fore lunch and hit the power button it went to a screen that said launch repair or start windows normally. I tried both neither worked. I tried F8 and safe mode but it just restarts and returns to the first screen. I tried every option on the F8 screen and nothing works. I have no idea where to go from here. I bought my laptop from bestbuy but I am a service member stationed in germany so my options seem to be limited. I can mail it home to my family and lose my only way of communicating with them for who knows how long or keep trying to do it myself(this seems like a bad idea due to my very limited knowledge of computers).

it could be just windows issue. can you try to start-up your computer by pressing one key recover button to perform clean windows installation?

warning: clean windows installation will delete all the files located on volume c.
