Veriface not able to start while system reboot

Hello Guys,

I recently i have some problems in youcam software so i downloaded it from lenovo site and installed. Then onwards my veriface is not working properly. later i reinstalled veriface from lenovo site.  i setup veriface image for login  but problem starts when i restart my system veriface is not starting youcam(integrated webcam). But veriface is working in the below scenario.

1. login with password

2. start you cam

3. lock the sytem then am able to unlock it with veriface.

could you please somebody help me to getrid off this error.

please, un-install veriface ( take a look at the thread below ) then re-install it.

i followed the instructions but no luck. i uninstalled veriface from as per your suggestions and intalled it. Now also veriface is working while system startup. please help me.

can you try to un-install both applications ( in safe mode ) then re-install them?
