I´ve downloaded this file but it´s only a Bios-update for the build-in webcam (hardware).

Sorry, I was told that's the driver for the webcam. I'll post if I find it later. Please also post here if you find the driver for all to share.

I have a problem. I did an upgrade on my S10 from XP Home to XP PROFESSIONAL. Everything is fine, but now my webcam does not work. It appears to be recognized but I can't see any image.  Has anyone else noticed this when upgrading to XP PROFESSIONAL on the S10?  If this is a typical problem, anyone have a fix?

Perhaps, this could help.

1. Download and install Lenovo Veriface program (for MS Wins XP Home to Professional)

2. Verify BIOS Version is 14CN52. (Lenovo Veriface requirement)

Hello together,

i got some information from IBM/Lenovo Germany.

You don't have to install any drivers for the build-in webcam. The system automaticly detects the device. For example: When you want to use skype, you can also use your webcam. The quality is very good.
