What file is data stored on hard drive - Y450

I have an Y450.  I dropped it and it doesn't want to access the hard drive.  I don't have a recent backup so I don't want to do the one key recovery and wipe out my data. 

I removed the hard drive and installed it in a hard drive enclosure to see if it was functioning properly.  It does.  I want to back up by data before doing one key but I don't see where my files are stored.

My folder options are:

$recycle.bin

applications

drivers

Lenovo/ onekey

system volume information (access denied)

How can I remove my data before one key?

First, you need to change the folder options on
the computer you are connecting the enclosure to.

You need to enable viewing hidden files and folders.

In Win 7, click Start Orb, type Folder Options in search box.
Click on Folder Options when it shows up above.

Click View tab, click "Show hidden files and folders" radio button.
Click Apply

See which folders are available to view after the change.
