WiMAX 5150 Wireless Link Card

I have a client who has a Lenovo Ideapad Laptop, he recently had his wireless card replaced with a Intel WiMax 5150 Wireless Link Card.  When it was installed, it installed to Other Devices in the Device Manager and not under Network Adapters. 

 

No driver was detected for the card so I  downlaoded and installed drivers for it, but it is still not being recognized. Any Insights would be helpful.

Which one, What's the type, what OS, don't post the serial number.

 

Where did you get the drivers for it from, Lenovo or Intel?
