Wireless no longer working

Ever since I took my laptop outside of the house, the wireless adapter doesn't pick up anything.

On device manager it is present but its useless and I currently have to plug it into LAN.

Whenver I go into Windows Mobility Centre it says Wireless  is off (Even thugh its on) and I can't click"Turn Wireless On". Its not clickable or highlighted.

Read the laptop manual to get what key combination enable/disable the wireless card radio.

switch the wireless button ( probably in the front side of your computer ) then make sure you activated wireless by pressing fn + f5. if function keys not working, re-install power management and try again.
