check the folder drivers under volume d: ( d:/drivers )
make sure you installed latest sound drivers and also you may need this.

there's no drives folder in my D:
maybe you refer to the y450 systems bundled with windows 7?
i bought the dos bundled y450 and i got the driver's cd for vista then i install the windows 7(also partitioned it) so i came looking for windows 7 latest drivers in the lenovo page
o also,
is it one key theater or dolby home theater??
