Y460P Recovery problem

My y460p is facing some issues so I decided to reformat my computer using the one key recovery, but I had never created any backup for my system... I tried to create a factory default CD using the software but it doesn't work, it would say that it cannot find the service partition. I searched for the service partition and found out that the 14+GB partition is actually empty. What can I do to reformat my computer? Or should I send it to the service centre?

hey flamedevilz,

i would recommend that you uninstall the One Key Recovery software, then go to >>

reinstall the One Key software and then try to do a back up. If you're still not able to do so, get in contact with the nearest service center
