Y460p fan, trackpad, and sound probs

Ya so i just got my y460p and its really awesome except i have a few questions: is it normal for the fan to make a very loud scapping sound against the plastic when i pick up the laptop? also the sound makes this weird corrupted sound every once and a while theres no pattern for when it happens its sporatic\. also the mouse freezes for like 1 second every once and a while which is also sporatic.

try to re-install/update touchpad drivers.
