Y470 Battery issues

Hi,

 

i am having problems with Y470 battery.

 

When it reaches 27% its suddenly dropping to 6% and giving me low battery warning.

 

I have no idea what's happening. 

 

My Lenovo Ideapad Y470 is just 4 months old and am facing this kinda problems with my battery.

 

Please help me on this.

Hello Rias,

 

As you are experiencing Battery is not charging, I would suggest you to please refix the Battery and then install the Lenovo Energy Management Software from the below mentioned web link.

After this, please restart the system and check if the issue resolved.
