Y470-- OneKey Recovery interface does not show up

Hi guys I bought a Y470 last week and I found that when I click to open  OneKey Recovery.exe, theinterface of the program does not show up. But from task manager I can see the program is actually RUNNING. How can I restore the interface??

 

the version is 7.0.1628

hey cedricyu803,

i recommend uninstalling the OneKey Recovery software and then reinstalling it.
