Y470p, is there a Swedish keyboard? [ Edited ]

Im thinking about buying a Y470p but from what I can see its not available in Sweden, so my question is if there is a Swedish keyboard from some model that would fit in the Y470p? If there isn't, is there a set of keys that I can purchase that would fit the existing keyboard, so that I can get the Swedish letters"Å,Ä,Ö"?

In control panel there should be a "regional & language option" icon (should be on the computer you're using to post here as well) you can set any language want and you should be able to buy stickers for the keyboard

I know how to change the language and change the keyboard mapping. The thing is that if it is at all possible i want to change the keyboard entierly becous the layout of a swedish keyboard is different from an engelish one. 

How do i check what keyboards there is as spare parts for this specific computer, Y470P?
