I have a Y550 Ideapad with Windows 7 (64bit).
I am having issues with the alphanumeric keys not functioning properly. In certain programs (mostly games/other fullscreen programs) the alphanumeric keys don't function properly. Regardless of which key I press, i get a sequential 0 to 9 input. I had this problem earlier as well, but this was happening all the time (not just in games), and i sent it in for service. The keyboard was replaced (and m assuming the drivers were reinstalled), and it worked fine for a couple of weeks after I got it. After the problem surfaced again, I called customer support, and the guy on the phone told me to go online and download and reinstall the drivers, but I can't seem to find them. I've tried using an external keyboard, but it does the same thing.
Is there anything else I can do to get rid of this problem. Or does anyone know where I can find the drivers?

Hey Yigit,
I reinstalled the Energy Management software from the Lenovo website. It hasn't tackled the problem. Its still cycling through the numbers on pressing any key. Do you know if there is something else I can do?
Thanks for the help!
