Y550 won't start - AC Adaptor led blinks on connecting to laptop

Hi,
I have a serious problem with my Lenovo Y550. Yesterday I moved the laptop and changed the AC plugs - when I did it, about 10 secs later laptop had turned off. The battery LED is not giving a sign of life, and the AC adaptor LED is instantly dimming and blinking after connecting to the laptop. I've tried changing the adaptor and discharging the capacitors, but it won't work either.
What can I do in this situation? What parts are probably damaged?

Have you tried Without the battery?
Battery may be damaged.

Yes, i tried, and it doesn't make any difference so it's not the battery problem.

remove the battery and unplug ac power, press power button for 30-40 seconds, replace the battery and check if it works.
