Y560 Keyboard malfunction

I have seen my problem elsewhere on this forum. Keys y,u,j,n,m, and 7 all cause either a "Custom program settings" menu to appear, mute the computer, or close the window. Striking them very hard works, but is bad for the keyboard, and furthermore not practical. The "solution" posted by Lenovo at http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/IdeaPad-Y-and-U-series-Laptops/Y560-Custom-Program-settings-keeps-poppin... does not work, as I do not have that program. Please help. I need this thing to function for school.
