Y560P HDMI & HDTV picture quality problem

Hey guys,


Just got a new Lenovo Ideapad Y560P and I hooked it up to my 40" Sharp HDTV (it has 1080P resolution). I switched things up in Catalyst so instead of mirror images, the Sharp functioned as my only monitor, thus allowing output from the computer to 1080P resolution - thus, no black bars above and below the picture.

 

However, the picture is just not crisp. Text, in particular, is hard to read. Is there any way around this? Is there a setting in Catalyst that I need to flip on or off? Let me know! Thanks!
