I have purchased my Y560p in the last month. The laptop's screen had lots of problems.. After searching forums i found out that the BIOS update may fix it, it fixed it, or at least hide it. But now i am also using my laptop with 24 inch samsung led screen. It's very obvious that especiall on the dark colors, i see lots of noise, anty screen. I don't know how to describe, it's like the old televisions.
Is this a problem that can be solved by software? Or should i change my laptop with another model? In forums i see that many other people are having this problem. Is a fix on the way?

Yes i have the latest display drivers and software from the nvidia site.
By the way,
Eventhough my problem still continues,
By selecting "RGB 4:4:4 Pixel Format PC Standard (Full RGB)" instead of "YCbCr 4:4:4" (which was default) from the Catalyst Control Center>My Digital Flat-Panels>Pixel Format>Color Pixel Format", noise is less visible but it's still there.

Time to share with the community..
TODO list for everyone (as the solution) who has this problem:
1- Update BIOS
2- Update Windows
3- Update Graphics drivers from ati.amd.com
4- UPDATE LED SCREEN'S FIRMWARE (mine was samsung and yes there is such a thing)
5- Select "RGB 4:4:4 Pixel Format PC Standard (Full RGB)" instead of "YCbCr 4:4:4" (which was default) from the Catalyst Control Center>My Digital Flat-Panels>Pixel Format>Color Pixel Format".
You will almost see no visual disturbances and your problem will be solved.
