Y570 - 64bit Windows 7 - Incorrect time

Recently my time on my Windows has been changing to funky and incorrect times.  I'm not quite sure what is happening.  I've searched around and tried some things.  I noticed that the second time doesnt change in BIOS so I'm beginning to think my CMOS battery died...  Is it possible to locate this for me and will it void my warranty if I do end up changing it

Does anyone know where the motherboard battery/tpe is located?  The service manual doesn't offer any help
