Y570 gaming performance issue [ Edited ]

Hi

I have a Lenovo Y570 with 1GB GT555M and Optimus technology.
My computer has a quad core i7 2.2Ghz and 8 GB of RAM

When I'm playing Battlefield 3, the gameplay is very very laggy.

When I push the Optimus button that lets the GPU automatically decide which programs to optimize, Battlefield 3 stutters every second when I'm playing it.

When I choose the setting that tells the GPU to save power, Battlefield 3 does not stutter but I suffer terrible framerates.

Please help!
My computer is new and I was expecting it to be able to handle BF3!
