Hi all
How about try switching power plan to High Performance? As power plan affects performance and battery life drastically. Install Lenovo latest NVIDIA driver, and update it the latest Official NVIDIA driver. Also, check for any new version of BIOS.
Have a nice day!

Hi yuvrajgill10
How about go to NVIDIA Control Panel, Manage 3D Settings and set Preferred graphics processor to High Performance NVIDIA Processor, apply settings and try again. But remember to switch back to Auto-select while on battery as this settings consumes more power and battery runs out faster.
Have a nice day!
