Dear Community,
my Z370 (4 months old) freezes from time to time for a few minutes. It doesn't shutdown and theres no bluescreen. I just can't use it, everything freezes and the music sounds like a walkman with an empty battery. After a few minutes (1 to 4 minutes mostly) it's like nothing happened.
I can't reproduce the freeze but it's mostly when the laptop is handling a lot of data (downloading while watching a movie and browsing simultaneously). Doesn't happen when it's idling.
I'm using it with an external monitor, mouse and keyboard an it's running on Win7 Pro. It makes no difference whether it's plugged in or on battery.
Is this a known problem and if yes, is there a fix? Or should I send it in right away?
