Z460 suddenly shutdown randomly

Hi All, i faced suddenly shutdown randomly of lenovo Z460 without minidump files in c:\windows/minidump After that the system can not boot while 4 of led on center only 3 light except hdd led What's the cause? memory, hd, are ok this problem founded since only a day from shop

try to perform clean windows installation by pressing one key recover button.

these are already done; update bios from xxxx29 to xxxx30 (newest) set bios to default which intel virtual technology disabled restore win 7 home premium w factory default after that updated that windows updated nvidia software from lenovo web installed microsoft essential security w latest updates randomly the problem still appear, the not hot enough , not yet playing or install game. the system shutdown at anytime.

no error recorded by windows even in log

how about heating? is it normal?

when you see lenovo logo press f8 to load on safe mode and check if issue persists.

( maybe it's just graphic card drivers )

the bottom line is after shutdown, the system can not boot for uncertain time

yes, windows didn't knew who direct to shutdown? it just knew that the system had lost power kernel 41 which same before and after restore and updated. but it didn't knew what is going on inside hardware design or protection scheme to cause shutdown and then can not boot again even remove the batt and ac adaptor for a long time.

sometime in several time  open from the bag can not boot also?

the system in very normal temperature, some indicator are ie; top cover cool enough cause this unit put in 24 degree celcius room temp and air ventilating cool enough.

i already done via f8, to check memory check the others the result nothing error report or zero.

in my mind lenovo designer knew what are protector inside to drive the unit shutdown and can not boot again...........

maybe hard disc issue.

i suggest you to call lenovo support line and ask for replacement.

before, i think like that but after make sure hard disk is ok. the motherboard connecttor ? i don't know

Yes, it should be replace, i think this series not good enough or fault product cause "when multimedia meets great price" maybe.
