Z560 laptop fan not working, any soloutions??

As stated in question mine fan of LAptop is not working, even if i use smart noise control and laptop gets abrubptly heated. I tried calling lenevo coustmer care and the guy on line just disconnected . Will anybody please provide me with Coustmer care number where i can replace mine fan.. And mine laptop is under warranty and I am in India...NCR Delhi(Ghaziabad).

Hello punj and welcome to community,

To resolve the fan issue you need to update the BIOS.

If the issue continues after the BIOS update also then you can visit to the service center and get it check.
