Z565: At startup, Catalyst Error and No Sound.

Hi.

Lately, before I upgraded the drivers, I received the Catalyst Control Center error indicating it wasn't working. I upgraded the drivers, but that didn't help.

 

Also, I've been having this no sound issue every since I bought this from BestBuy. Occasionally, I'll start my browser and once in there, I'll play a video, but no sound comes out, even though the volume on both the video and on windows 7 show full volume.  But, after awhile, it magically starts to work.

 

Any known fixes?

have you tried to perform clean windows installation by pressing one key recover button? ( factory settings )
