Z570 can't connect to internet

at first it works fine. but three days before it just suddenly can't connect to internet, no matter use cable or not. I tried install the newest BIOS, driver, recover to factory setting, check fn+f5, disable/enable, uninstall/install, set DVD as first boot, check CMOS battery. it's not my internet problem because my other laptop, desktop, smartphone, PS3 all work fine. I check the solution online for a long time. seems so many people have the same problem with z570 series. but so far can't find a good solution.

Re: Z570 can't connect to internet

Definitely I go with using a rj45 cable to connect to your modem or router.

In Network and Sharing center, click on "Change adapter settings"  (on the left side), my V570 is using "Local Area Connection / Cisco96324(my router's name) / Realtek PCIe  GBE Family Controller (the built in hardware connected to the rj45 jack).
