I've had my Z575 for 4 days now, bought it new from newegg. When I click shut down the laptop restarts and goes to the One Key Recovery screen. So I hit Exit and shut down from there and the computer restarts back normally(to the login). I need to hold the Power Button to shutdown.
Also the One Key Program keeps trying to open over and over after booting

Do I need to send this back in for warranty? Or just deal with it everytime I use this laptop

Hi,
i would call customer support in your area,
and have it send back for repair.
OR
request a new machine.
You certainly should not have to deal with it.

I'm having the same trouble with a Z575 that I have had for a "whole" 20 days now - my first Lenovo purchase and it appears that it will be my last. After working with customer support (reset bios defaults, system restore and full run through One Key Recovery) I was advised to send it in for repair. The retailer where the system was purchased only allowed for a 15 day return policy (Fry's), so it was really convenient that this issue started 5 days after the return policy expired AAARRRRGGG! Guess I'll be packaging this machine up and sending it in and hoping for the best.
