Z575 - graphics questions.

hey all!

I recently bought a z575 with an a6-3420 and a radeon 6650m. this cpu also has an integrated 6520g. my question is this:

How do I know for certain that my 6650 is being used for computer games? How can I ensure that the dedicated gpu is being used instead of the integrated chip? Is crossfire always my best bet, or in some cases is the dedicated gpu alone better?

Also, where should I get drivers for these cards? From the manufacturers website, or the lenovo site?

thank you!

Re: Z575 - graphics questions.

Hello ascoot and welcome to community,

You can make particular program to run on GPU by right click on desktop and choose configure switchable graphics and add the program or games

You can download system drivers for your laptop from mentioned below web link.
