Z575 won't start - only sometimes

[ Edited ]

Roughly 2.5 week old laptop I got from neweggs.

Prior to the not starting up I've had:

The One Key Recovery Program kept opening over and over - very annoying

Laptop would not shut down when I tried to shutdown from the start menu. It restarts instead and boots to the One Key Recovery program menu

I uninstalled OKR to prevent it from opening over and over

Now just last night while I was playing a game all the programs closed and the computer went to the shuf off screen unexpectdely. I thought it may have been an update or something? Well strangly the laptop actually shut down instead of restart. I go back to turn it on and it doesn't. I tilt the laptop at an angle while trying to turn it on and it does eventually after 3 minutes. Everything seems to boot up normally except 'windows did not shut down properly'

I watch youtube for 2 hours and then it shuts off. Wouldn't turn back on until this morning I tilted it and it came on briefly and shut back down during the 'resuming windows'

The labtop was completely stationary and stayed in one spot for the entire time when I was using it last night. I haven't dropped the laptop, maybe a couple bumps from carrying it in my backpack

Is it just time to send it back in. this is redic
