big problem

i want to ask about something ,,ibought lenovo laptop z570 in 10/9/2011 and after installing win7 the wifi didn`t work. I send it to warranty in 30/09/2011 after changing windows several time . the warranty told me it is hardware problem,,so what can the warranty support do in this case???? replace the machine or repair it???
