bluetooth problem on lenovo ideapad y450

when i try to install the bluetooth driver it says " no bluetooth device was detected'.

 

i used the Fn+f5 and also the switch to on the bluetooth/wan, still it doesnt work.

check device manager if you have bluetooth, cause some systems doesn't come with bluetooth support.

( right click my computer > manage > device management )
