don't Display in lcd Lenovo Y560 [ Edited ]

hi

i have a lenovo y560

i turn on laptop but i can not see bios and any display ..

and in next step i connect laptop into Monitor and show display like below Pic :

possible ram issue but could be graphic card/cable.

please, try to remove the one of the ram sticks first, start-up your computer and check if the issue persists.

May be the problem of the graphics chip?

it could be. do you have valid warranty? cause it's hardware issue and you'll need hardware support.
