Re: z560 onekey recovery error

you cannot find it. you need to order recovery discs.

if you can access windows, try to update one key recover software, if not, ship it back to support line to reset hard-disk to its default.

Re: One Key Recovery Fails to recover. "Program can't find the service partition"

@ chezknot
have you checked your hdd for hidden volumes?
( right click my computer > manage > disk management )
and you're right, due to you don't have any pre-loaded operation system, one key recover won't work.

@yigit

thanks a lot!

yes, ive checked it. theres no hidden partition.

the reason why i didnt bought the one with pre-loaded OS is that i already have licensed Windows 7 OS.

is there any way that i can use to make a service partition?

Is it possible to copy original oem files to hdd hidden part from c: hdd ?

hi, I bought new Lenovo y560 ideapad notebook and i have a problem about hdd.

When i first start my notebook after i bought. I noticed that hdd partitioned as 600gb for C: windows main and  D: drive is 40gb.And I didnt like this partition divide and i resized volume with acronis disk director as C: 100 gb and D: 600. Total is 750 gb. But when i was doing, acronis has gone  into the hidden side of hdd which has lenovo factory oem files and copied those files to C: . Those files are in C: drive as i can see when i click my computer then clicking C drive .so now that hidden side of hdd is free as 9 gb. What i want to say you is, how can i send those original factory oem files back to hidden side of hdd. I mean  is there any program that i can do?

Thanks in advance,

I'm having problem with Recovery Disc could someone help?

I brought a B560 or V560 not sure which one just for general use. When I use the Lenovo Onekey Recovery 7.0 to create backup disc with DVDs I got very confused.

There are three choices:

1. Recovery disc with existing backup image.

2. Recovery disc with current system.

3. Factory default recovery disc.

If I want to make a recovery DVD for reinstalling the whole OS, which choice am I suppose to pick?

Thank you!
